LEAD LINE COOK | FRY'S SPRING STATION

Lead Line Cook will have full working knowledge of all stations in the BOH and full understanding of our recipes and a most importantly work to maintain strict standards regarding Storage, Safe handling, Preparation, and execution of all of our dishes. They will be responsible for completing daily logs and checklists to ensure that all daily duties are completed by scheduled staff as well as work scheduled stations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work Scheduled MOD shifts insuring that all daily duties are completed to spec.
  • Complete monthly inventory as well as supplemental inventories
  • Learn and understand all systems for BOH
  • Assist  AKM and KM to Set and manage pars for production
  • Communicate respectfully and diligently with staff
  • Maintain and advance the Fry’s brand by upholding standards
  • Insure the proper completion of daily checklists and logs

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 Year of experience required
  • Night and weekend availability
  • Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: Begins at $12/hour  and may adjust based on experience and tenure.
