Job Description

The line cook is responsible for preparing all food to chef’s standards, maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized workspace, and assisting on prep when necessary. This position requires a strict adherence to recipes, the ability to work a grill and a fryer. The line cook will maintain their cooking area, use proper labeling, storage, and rotation procedures of products as well as adhere to all safe food handling procedures. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients to specifications and chef’s standards

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

  • Practice safe food handling procedures

  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen management and the kitchen team

  • Complete all assigned duties per shift

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 Year relevant experience required

  • Ability to follow directions

  • Weekend availability

Pay Range: Line Cook pay begins at $11.00 hour and may adjust based on experience and tenure.
